Written my very first meaningful shell script.
Went for a run this morning, before work. Very much a first.
Upgraded all our customers, seemingly without incident. Knock on wood ...
Suffered broken Rosetta apps, both at home and at work, thanks to recent system updates in combination with a seemingly buggy Java developer release. Followed well-written instructions and got things working in both places again. Mind you, it wasn't Apple who provided the fix. You'd think they'd inform you somehow when their own things break the OS, but guess not ... Good thing there are people like those in MacFixit.
Written a very small Java application for personal use, wrapped it up for nice OS X app-earance and even drawn a semi-decent icon. Then discovered I should be able to turn it into a nice DynDNS client with, more or less, no work at all. Will probably do that and let the dogs people download it. Someone might be happy (I will be, at the very least).
Watched lots and lots of TED talks. Only a few dozen more before it's time to find a new hobby.

Read both books and the comic I got for birthday. Also ordered myself five more books. Three yays for reading material!
