Ellen and I have had something of a shopping day today. We found two great looking vases at Mikai and picked up a pair of shoes for Ellen.
Then we started thinking about a small radio or something similar for the kitchen. We looked at a really cheap second hand one, but I just felt it was too ... well, ugly.
Then we came across a stack of Tivoli Audio's PAL. They looked pretty darn nice and friendly, but kind of expensive. But after we ran into them in another store, with a couple of Model Ones next to them, I was starting to feel seriously hungry for one. Picking up and reading through a stylish folder didn't exactly dampen the wish either.
So now we've ordered ourself a cobalt blue Model One which I guesstimate will arrive on Tuesday.
I've never felt so eager for anything even radio-like before ...
