It's been a good day, being reasonably productive and pretty seriously warm and moist, for this part of geography and time of year.
So, I went out for a run, and it ended up being one of the better this year. Cool Hot!
And protein rich.
I think I swallowed two insects ...

Almost made me sweaty,
despite the open balcony door
