It took five months of what must have been rather amazing mishaps during delivery, but yesterday I finally and rather suddenly I got my Fonera, the routers FON sell. So now I have three wireless networks at home; my old private one, the one for FON visitors and finally the private one the Fonera provides.
Some might see this as overkill.

(By the way, can't we all in Sweden call the Fonera FONtratt instead?)
Speaking of wireless things, when I walked out on the balcony I found a broken pigeon egg in the corner. Looking over to the next balcony I discovered an abandoned (so I hope at least) nest with another broken egg. Whoever lives in that apartment sure doesn't use the balcony much, but I'm happy they at least did something about those eggs. (Though I wonder how the one on our balcony got there. Perhaps it bounced when they threw it or something?) I've never been fond of pigeon droppings and early morning cooing outside the bedroom window. So I wonder if I could do something on the edge of our balcony to keep them away from the next one too.
