So, I left work and headed home a little bit earlier than usual, feeling Tuesday-tired and wanting to catch a little bit more of the sun. On some kind of whim, I walked into the big toystore in town and spent a while looking at what Lego has to offer these days. I think they're starting to get the hang of things again after those dark years where every set seemed to be about two pieces. Now there are a bunch of nice large sets which look piece-ful enough I wouldn't be ashamed getting them for future generations.

Then I headed home, in sunlight which wasn't quite as warming when you added a little breeze to it.

Sat down at the computer for a little while.

Felt kind of restless.

Had an ice on the balcony, then on the couch since it still wasn't that warm in the sun.

Started the second liberation mission of Battle Network 5. Got annoyed in five minutes.

Turned the DS off.

Walked back to computer.

Felt restless again, went and laid down on the couch.

That was the best move of the afternoon so far. Mind wandering, I dozed off for a while.

Then I got up and decided buying some more food would be a good idea. So I put on my jacket, grabbed a bag and walked out.

Our doors have this ... feature. When you close them, they lock automatically. Which means it's a darn good idea to make sure you've brought the key before you leave.

Oh well, it had to happen some day. By happening today it didn't upset any plans, delay me for anything or really be any problem. And I had both my mobile and wallet. And Ellen would be off work in less than two hours, my very own door-opening angel.

So I strolled to town, bought a new copy of the Hithc-hiker's ... trilogy, had a falafel and did some food shopping. Then Ellen and I met up on the way back home and all is well again.

Cups of tea and communication for all!
