Coffee break in the sun on the balcony, Nintendo style. I've been indulging heavily into "Megaman battle network 5 - we really don't have any imagination when it comes to names DS". One of my first own console-style RPG experiences, and a nice easy-going time so far. While I've put quite a few hours into it, Gamespot says it lasts 30 hours or so, so I assume I'll have at least that many more to go before I'm done. Nice to have another project going ...
That's the first major feature of the weekend. The other one has been javascript. During the week I've gone through Yahoo's library of lectures on various things related to its use and I've had a really good time at it. Applying a little bit of what I've learned, I today went in and cleaned up the javascript I have going in this site. Feels really good, and now the scripts in most ways look better and cleaner than all the darned php ...
To balance this, and at least make a little bit of use of the nice afternoon sunlight, I took a walk. Spring really is here, and it feels great.

Photographing with a dead display is kind of a different experience. Point and click, possibly attempting to turn the flash off, but nothing else. Kind of like with old cameras, only you don't have to pay for developing rolls of bad images. Interesting, in a way, but mostly just annoying.
But now I think it's time for some cooking, and then to decide what to do with the rest of the evening. I had this thought of finally curing my Godfather deficiency, but nothing has been decided yet.
