Whoops ...
It was quite Monday today. A strange kind though, one that flipped over and started to feel like Friday in a surprising number of ways. Spirits were high, despite 33 percent of us constantly complaining about their boring tasks, and the amount of silly jokes and giggling was ... huge.
Some people would roll eyes, cross streets and stay upwind.
All of a sudden, we realized how it could feel so much like Friday. It all made sense. Because the actual Friday won't be a normal workday, the Friday-at-work-ness naturally had to migrate to a different day.
I just hope today hasn't sucked up whatever energy might save tomorrow from being a total tar pit.
Hey, I can hope.
To give a concrete example of the strangeness of today, all three of us had brought lunch boxes. All of us! At once! If that doesn't indicate some kind of astronomical alignment I don't know what does.
As far as the actual boxes go ...
... I say Martin won. And in very much the style of the day as well.
Even spent, it kept shining.
Is there anything else to say? Feels like this will be a pretty focused and intense but hopefully all good week. It's off to a pretty good start at any rate.
