A car we call POS

Another three-letter-combination conveying additional information to the initiated.

Otherwise it's been both a slow-thinking day as well as something of a toy day. You know you're having a slow afternoon when the light at a crossing turns green and your first thought is along the lines of "Sigh, I need to move already?" ...

Anyway, over to the toys!

First up (so much that I actually got it yesterday) is a Nokia 6680 mobile. Probably in the realm of steampunk already to some people, but to me it's a really nice phone that does everything I want better-to-much-better than my previous phone. The POS above, for example, was captured using it. More about it in the near future, I'm sure.

Next up is games. You can now play games on your iPod My latest cave-in to the Urges arrived in the mail today, adding Metroid Prime Hunters and StarFox Command to the DS arsenal. I've only played about twenty minutes of StarFox so far, so I really don't have much more to say about them yet.

But trust me, I will.

Now I should be safe and sound on the game front until Settlers or Zelda or somesuch is released.

I also bought a nice leather card case for DS games. It stores the games I want to bring regularly, but the size is somewhat disappointing. I dreamed of it being slimmer in both width, height and depth, but it actually looks less pocketable than the DS Lite. But it still beats a small easily lost plastic bag for game storage.

Plus: tubular bells! But there's one more thing Bonus: free complimentary t-shirt.
