Tapping this away on Pomum, in the semi-darkness by the window. This battery seems to be in much better shape than the other one, for whatever reason.
In any case, I feel this situation would be even nicer with a remote control interface of one type or the other for iTunes over on Aura. Need to investigate that more ...
The main game of the moment is Viewtiful Joe, which I didn't even try until two months or so after getting it along with my DS Lite. Martin got it too, gave up on it after fifteen minutes and tradet it for Metroid the next day. I hadn't even tried it by then, but I like to collect things and figured enough reviews were positive that they couldn't all be wrong. So now I'm rumbling/stumbling through and having a good time at it.
At least now when the difficulty level is nice and low. We shall see how and if that changes when and if the challenge starts increasing ... I can imagine a situation with a few annoying enemies attacking while I'm trying to pull off some complicated VFX thing with my stylus being ...
... aggrevating ...
The Wii release date and price is out of the bag, and I'm in somewhat the same state of mind as with the new iPods. Certain I'll get one, but not feeling any real rush. December's just too far off to go and get all worked up about. Plus I've got the iPod (likely) and plenty of sweet DS gaming (certain) to enjoy until the Wii moment comes.
I'm looking forward to Metroid Prime 3 and Super Mario Galaxy the most, but I haven't exactly read up on them or the other offerings. At the moment Settlers coming to the DS sometime this winter actually warms me up more.
I actually went and ordered a few more DS games the past weekend. They haven't arrived yet, but the day after they'd shipped I recieved an email informing me that one of the games I'd purchased had just dropped in price. At first I thought they'd mailed just to make fun of me (the kind of unresearched mass-marketing the airline we flew to Barcelona did, promoting to us the possibility to fly cheaper the exact same days if we'd booked later. Thanks guys!), but then it turned out they'd given me store credit for the difference! That's the spirit! And it's not like Lik Sang needed to do something like that to encourage me to buy from them again. Actually I already have bought more DS games from them than any other retailer ...

A-ha! iTunes remote! Check the external. No support for adding things to the playlist as far as I can see, but it's simple, free and its icon is a mirrored and colour-inverted version of iTunes'.
