I just played so much Quinn it made my wrist sore.
Quinn is the perfect implementation (that's what the author prefers to call it. Doesn't sound too bad to me.) of Tetris for Mac OS X as far as I'm concerned. It looks good (and if you disagree you can download or make new piece styles and backgrounds), runs smoothly and doesn't try any stupid "innovation" with the game rules. Piece previews and drop shadows (you know, aiming help) are there if you want them, but I don't and am happy they can be turned off. It also maintains a high score list.
Oh, and it supports network play too, with Bonjour support.
