I just realized that on May 12th I will have owned Pomum for three years.
(Also, Aura was delivered two years and eleven months after Pomum.)
Three years, and apart from one hard drive failure it's been a pleasant ride without nasty bumps in the case.
So, it would be a shame if it would go completely unused now that I've got Aura to play with. While I just spent a while contemplating the purely decorational value of the computer, I feel it deserves more.
I just need to think of something cool and meaningful ...

I helped my brother move again today.
They say you sweat easier when you're better trained. So I assume I'm pretty well trained right now ...
In the process I gained a lot of storage space, traded my couch for the one I've had before and got to talk a bit with the nice couple from Sri Lanka he's been sharing an apartment with. Good times all over, and an extremely smooth move too. It took less than two and a half hours between the truck rolling up outside my house and finishing packing everything into his new place.
With Gustav's things out of my basement store I plan to pack some more of my own things in there. My PCs with accompanying monitors and peripherals to be specific. Sure, it might be tough to live without my IBM keyboard within arm's reach, but the infamous right part of the desk will end up so much cleaner and more useful.
But now it's time to head over to Martin and play a game or two.
