So Apple released the first Macs with Intel processors. First out is the iMac, and I'm hungry for it. Regardless of exactly how skewed the performance benchmarks are, a computer model I already liked just got a definitive power upgrade without any price increase.
Me want one. Yeees.
And the MacBooks are probably nice too, but you can't get those yet and I'm pretty sure my next machine will be a stationary one. And I pessimistically expect higher chances of first-generation-glitches in a portable machine than a stationary one. No denying they look sweet though.
Except that darn hole for the IR of course. How did that get past Steve?
