A happy midsummer to all who celebrate it, and to all the rest of us too! It's not very sunny, but otherwise the weather totally feels like middle of the summer. Warm, warm, warm.
Not quite the weather to sit indoors with a Powerbook, I guess ...

Well, that happened very fast and unexpected ... A thing better than many others to spend your money on, this books-on-stuff-you-do-for-a-living-area ...
In other news I really should take more walks. I had a really bad day at work yesterday, the kind where you're more or less stuck on one single problem all day, feeling like you're neither getting anywhere nor getting any insights at all, and getting increasingly grumpy and annoyed at yourself over the whole situation. I still can't decide if it'd be better to bang my head at the problem some more in the weekend or try to totally disconnect it and relax. Hesitating between the two certainly can't be the optimal solution ... I seem to be heading toward more sane exploration/headbanging, which feels good (uhm, strange images turn up ...).
Anyway, getting out and moving about in some fresh air was easily the best thing I did all day.
