Kava Kava Kava Interior

We arrived in Prague much too early one morning (after a pretty good yet expectedly sleepless night on a train) and set out to find our hostel. Funnily enough, it was a really cool morning, the walk was mostly uphill and someone had filled our backpacks with lead. Plus, even after getting to the hostel it was something like five hours until we'd be able to get a room. Being in the state we were setting off on a thorough exploration of town didn't feel too attractive. Instead we drunk the slowest two cups of coffee in my lifetime at Kava Kava Kava, arriving right after the staff opened the door and only getting up and leaving something like two hours later.

Mmmm, coffee and cream ...

We could easily have stayed longer though, it was warm, cosy and had great coffee. The interior was nicely international, full of newspapers, leaflets and magazines and also a guestbook where we could see just how international the visitors were. I kind of regret not writing something in it. Guess I'll just have to come back some day.

Kava Kava Kava was one of the few eating/drinking places during the entire trip that we visited more than once. We came back our last evening in the city and spent another long sitting at a table in the courtyard outside, observing people and working through a good yet enourmously difficult-to-finish piece of carrot cake.
