Sunshine, sweat and the stiffness of unadapted muscles and joints. Does wearing yourself out get much better than this? Just you and your body, finding out if it can still do what it could last time. Pushing toward the place where you can sit down and catch your breath, and feel the healthy wear and tear settle in.

An interesting thought: when you exit and enter your building before and after exercising, do you use the stairs or the lift?

When all distractions are removed, we're one to one, ourselves to prove.
