Reviewers have cited the "quirky European humour" as a factor in the game's success. Whimsical, sure, but specific European or Swedish? I wasn't sure. But after I delivered Dieter Kleinmann to his hotel and read the subtitling for what he said in arrival I started thinking that maybe, just maybe, this was a European or Scandinavian thing. Suffice to say that particular joke was right up my alley and if you've played with subtitles off you've missed out.
