Today's diversion: playing with VNC. Having the desktop of one computer in a window of another is just too much fun not to play with for a while. Not too useful when the computers in question are on the same desk and both have monitors and other stuff connected of course. But the possibilities for controlling things on Terminus wirelessly from Pomum are pretty interesting and fun to think about. Not to mention over the net itself of course, should I feel like enabling that.
Today's lunch: same as yesterday's dinner: sausages! They were too free and tasty to ignore :-) ...
The database on the server went down for some reason. Nice to see my customised error page working correctly, last time this happened I still had some bugs left that prevented it from behaving. The system status page is not reporting any MySQL service disruptions, yet ...
