A huge flock of pretty large black birds just passed by right in front of my window. Now they're doing particle-system-looking things beyond the next building. Wow! I've always been a sucker for how large flocks look and move, it's just so fluid. The wind is blowing too, and they're taking advantage of it to gain speed and looking even cooler in wide turns :-) ...
There they came again! Like some kind of wave over the rooftop. All that lacks for a sci-fi feeling is some wooshing sound and perhaps some dramatic music.
Just like the flock in the Fellowship of the Ring, only much cooler. And they're almost silent as well, making them seem a little spooky too.
