Actually did all the work on this page yesterday. All the work, except any actual text which, as it happens, amounts to all the work of pressing a few buttons, pasting a URL and writing a few words of descriptive text. Most of all this was of course for the external over on the left, a pretty nice one I think. Take a look and se if you agree.

Right, back to me. I'm right now attempting to type with my hands lifted and in no part resting on the keyboard or the wrist support. Just read that that's how you're supposed to have your hands while typing to be the nicest to them, the wrists and so on. Only the being nice work includes adjusting your sitting height to a suitable level too, and my chair doesn't go quite that high. That means that the correct position of my hands, hovering just above the keyboard while typing, requires me to lift my arms a little bit, consequently putting a noticable strain on my shoulders. I guess the sensation is increased from working today, that always makes itself remembered in the shoulder/back department, but in this case it's for good. The faster you know you're having an inappropriate position the better. Still, I keep trying. Maybe when I get my new chair I'll be able the get a really proper position and height. Until then, perhaps I can have the keyboard on my lap?
