Now I don't know what to think of my burner and its future anymore. I'm not even angry with it, just confused ... Yesterday I burned three RWs with Red Hat without any hitches I didn't cause myself, today I've wasted two CDRs and failed two or three RW burns under what I thought to be pretty much the same conditions as yesterday ...
Unfortunately searching on the web doesn't make me any more hopeful. Lots of people seem to have/have had similar or worse problems with these damn burners (PCRW804, just so you know to stay away if you see it in a bargain bin somewhere :-), and not a single one has a solution to them. Maybe it's time for a new burner (look ma, we're back to that option again! How the circles come full quickly these days!) after all ... It's not like they're unaffordable or anything ...
Some people like leaving messages in the login boxes, but I have to say I'd prefer if they used the noteboard instead. That's the sort of thing I put it there for after all ...
Oh look, Microsoft just made logging into Hotmail look a good deal uglier in Opera. Good work guys, but you're sooner driving me off Hotmail than Opera, sorry.
Hmmm, maybe I should get out one of those Jolts I got today. It's not like it's bedtime just yet ... Makes me wonder if the coffee excesses on Monday show their effect already :-) ... Good that I'm tired in at least one way though, tomorrow we start our first lesson at 8:00 ...
