Nattskift (Night shift) is a short story I wrote in the spring of 2011. Much of the tone, feel and imagery came from two dream sequences I had in the early morning of February. I woke up early and tried to go back to sleep while my thoughts altered shapes, found connections and fell into place until all I could do was start writing.
Nattskift is in Swedish, just under 4500 words long, and you are more than welcome to read and comment on it.
