There are offers for public service jobs

bamboo flooring
shoe sales
and portable showers.
Then, we get to
credit reports
home loans
pain management
debt consolidation and
finally
bankruptcy filing options.
Surprisingly, there is nothing related to sex or Viagra or similar subjects in there. Perhaps these topics do not even reach the mail server these days?
