Phew!
The last week or so of work has left me surprisingly tired. Pretty satisfied, all things considered, but undeniably more tired than I thought I would be. I am looking forward to a bit of re-charging now. Now, this may all sound a bit ominous, but if it does it is all my fault. A few good nights' sleep and a completely normal weekend and I will be as good as always.

I have got myself a new Mac.
There will be more on that later. Possibly more than most people are interested in. Oh yes.
In the bin labeled "other" I am still waiting for my second-ever IOS app to come through the review process, a new version of Filmtips is coming along nicely, and I have got a solid week of regular running after recovering from that voice-loss-thing. So it is all good.
I also bought the new Speedball 2 for IOS tonight. The feel seems to be there, but the first match left me somewhat underwhelmed. I hope more playtime will change that. There is a lot done right and a lot to like, I mainly just need to get used to the new artwork and stop missing the old one. The same goes for some of the sound (and music, of course), but not at all to the same degree.
Silence is ringing in my ears
the silence of typing in a quiet room at night
on a computer without active fans or spinning drives inside.
I say it is time for one of those good nights.
