I ran today, for the first time in almost three weeks.
After shaving and showering, I was walking into town feeling cleansed.
Like a layer of dead matter between me and the world had been removed.
The contact surfaces cleaner and more sensitive.
I dove into a world of shoppers and objects
fueled by running
caffeine
and electronic music.
I also invented Styx.
A perfect day in its own way.
