Bonnie is going home later today, strange ...
A little bit too soon to be allow a good night's sleep the journey to the airport will begin. Until then there are probably more important things to do than write an entry like this ...
Setting the alarm clock for example ...
There, now that's done. Now I'm burning the results of six weeks' digital photography and filming on two CDs, and the photos are the thing that take up the most of the space. The little space leftover I can always fill with some nice surprise stuff :-) ...
I don't think I've quite realized she'll be leaving tomorrow, the thought feels a little odd. But none of us thinks there will be any crying involved at the airport, it just seems wrong. We're already looking forward to the next time :-) ... But man, it will suck to have to go back to ICQ/Trillian, email and webcams for communication. Maybe it will be easier after this meeting, it feels like we've made a lot of progress this time, then again maybe not. We'll see ... No real sadness involved anyway, the future feels bright and exciting!

And now Bonnie's visit here is suddenly a thing of the past. I'm doing what I can to clean up the apartment after about six weeks of doing (if possible) even less cleaning than usual. Have reached so far that I could almost stop and be satisfied with the results, but I'm actually in the mood of going on now. Once you've broken a sweat (it sure isn't cold today, mom and I nearly fell asleep in the car on the way back from the airport and had to stop for a short rest two thirds of the way home) you might as well deserve the shower properly. On with it, I'll write more later ...

Okay, have finished a decent cleaning and am listening to BS 2000. Am just about to go over to Henrik for spending the evening. Might not be too late though, my body felt like it wanted an early evening all morning and I think that feeling will be back later on. I also seem to have managed to lose the Palm's stylus somewhere in the course of the day, which is kind of bad ...
Have investigated the possibilites of moving Pigbox to a less disturbing location but never really get farther than concluding that either a good drill (which probably isn't a Good Idea in the eyes of the caretaker) or a long and nice network cable are the best options, and that I have neither at the moment. To complicate things further I'd like to keep the input and output devices in the same place if possible, and preferably have a working webcam connected to it that shows a suitably picture from around Terminus. Why make things easy for you? Anyway, Henrik is waiting, might be waiting or will start waiting in the near future. I'll be back!
