On Saturday night I, rather suddenly, became a Facebook user.
On Sunday I took a long run in the blazing sun, and in the evening had a lot of Sandman right before bed.
So I say that I ended the week with both physical and mental balance, even though it began with both slightly off target.
That has to be exactly what weekends are for.
