It sure is going to be nice to sleep tonight.

Yesterday afternoon and evening was a ton of fun and exercise. First I ran my usual round in the heat, which went well and of course really got the sweat flowing. Then after showering and grabbing a very quick bit to eat it was time go out again, sweat still collecting in my eyebrows. The bus went north for three hours of intense basketball and something-or-other-throwing with a select group of suitably frantic and happy people. I collected a surprising amount of little wounds from mean shrubberies and afterward felt sore in a number of unexpected places,
so it was all good.
I even had luck with the bus back home!
Then I drank some water, showered again, went to bed and for some reason had really big problems getting any good sleep at all. It ended up being one of those nights after which you only realize you've slept at all because you can remember some rather weird dreams.
So I'm hoping for better luck tonight.
And looking forward to next time we play, of course.
It's a slightly strange feeling to have thoughts you find important, yet at the same time not really want to talk to anyone about them. Guess everyone is there every now and then.
Telia sends me a SIM card. I can call and be called again, and it is good.
Telia follows up with a letter confirming that my card and plan is active, bundling license agreements and various price plan information.
So far so good. Why they don't, at any point, say which plan I'm on is a little bit odd though. I'm pretty sure I know myself, but it wouldn't hurt to get some confirmation as the process so far hasn't exactly been smooth.
In November of the ancient year 2000, I was living with my parents and we switched to our first band broader than dial-up, changing ISP in the process. For some wondrous (a word for which Google's top hit is ... unexpected, and possibly considered NSF some strict places to W) reason, the webspace which came with that account is still up and unchanged. Meaning my old website is still up, comeplete with a warning that it might be gone soon because of said ISP switching.
Some things don't move that fast, even on the internet. I guess they don't exactly need much bandwidth for the site ... and storage is of course cheap too ...
