Mario Kart is in again, and my arms are feeling a bit tired from the unaccustomed work of holding a plastic steering wheel. Good pure fun as usual, and it's nice to be playing games again. I think the most recent single player gaming I did was about three minutes of Yoshi's Island when my DS came back from repair. It's a bit odd, when I consider the fact that I have great stuff like Castlevania and Zak & Wiki to give a go. More gaming is in order. Too.
The lack of gaming the last week is not so strange though. We've been pretty social, and work has been on my mind even more heavily than usual. I think I'm through the recent rough spots now though (knocking on wood), so there should be more gaming and other free time ahead than just now.
I had some pretty long and coherent dreams last night. In the first I was out running a long round in Linköping, stopped by a family watching TV (helping some kind of half-blind grandfather by describing some news footage), then leaving and running some more. I'm surprised the running thread didn't get lost ...
In the other one I was on a small picturesque Iceland-like island where I climbed a mountain along with someone and also watched and patted some horses.
