When gathered in sufficient amounts, DS cartridges are of a perfect size.
Since The Settlers started going evil on me, I find myself here with Pomum, a cup of coffee and Yoshi's Island instead. Their loss.
I feel interested in playing Bioshock. For the story. But I've also actually read a brief description of the whole plot, shrinking the likelyhodd I'll play the game by large amounts.
My game playing definitely isn't about difficulty any more. I want to enjoy, and if there's challenge I want it in managable bursts so that re-trying is quick and easy.
Watched Hogfather and had fun all through. Some effects seemed much worse than others, wonder why. Also read a few Pratchett quotes about things that had happened at other times when movie adaptations of his works were afoot. It actually made me feel happy they didn't go through, I don't think there would be much point in Discworld on film if Hollywood was allowed to muck too much with it.
How does Terry keep producing so much great stuff anyway? Can I do that too? Where does he borrow his stories from?
Now the Yoshi level selection music is driving me nuts, time to play.
Writing software ...
... writing things.
Writing prose.
... or anything really.
More things, really.
That would be nice.
I feel like it.
...
Pretty much as usual, really.
Time for the third film of the day any second now.
