Juniper berry and corn chicken

All right, second time ever I cook something a little more daring and remember to write down what I put in. Here goes:

• 2 fillets of chicken, diced
• 1 onion
• 2 small red bell peppers
• 1 can of corn
• 1 can of mushrooms
• 1 can of coconut milk
• Spices
  • 6-8 ground dried juniper berries (could have used more)
  • 1 large spoon (probably upward of 1 deciliter) of lingonberry jam
  • Bell pepper powder
  • Tyme
  • Salt
  • White pepper
• (I served with rice, and got about four large servings)

This one turned out well too. As noted, I think even more juniper berry would just have made it even nicer. And I keep feeling that there is something I could add which would take it all up another notch. I will be back when I can think of what it might be.
